Well, currently, my time is so taxed that it’s hard to put any aside for blog articles. What I can do, however, is brief posts on little whimsical subjects. You may recall me saying that I wanted to post interesting words and etymologies?
Yes, it’s that time again, where we celebrate the cycle of the year. 365 days passed since last time. Gadzooks!
Cycles are deeply ingrained in us. I don’t mean bicycles, though they can get pretty deeply ingrained as well, especially on a bumpy road. As the world turns and the seasons change, our attitudes and fortunes ebb and flow. Time changes everything, even while history repeats itself.
I just thought I’d confirm that it’s the season of good will.
I’ll be posting not one jot during the next week. I know, no different to normal, right?
I hope you have a good Christmas, or whatever you observe. I’ll be working! And not in a good way, i.e. on my fiction. I’ll still find time to stuff my face and open my new toys, of course.
