Hello there!

First up- my thoughts go out to the victims of the Boston Marathon bomb attacks. It goes without saying that this was a cowardly and vile act. All one can do is wish the best for those affected.

However, I’m not going to dwell on it, because enough (better informed) people already are.

Instead I’m passing this on: ‘eJay Pure, a  touchscreen reimagining of the classic PC music creation software, is today giving away 100 free music samples to everyone who visits the official Kickstarter page at http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/wiredproductions/ejay-pure.

The samples, which can be used in any PC, Mac or mobile remix software, have been made available to celebrate the title reaching its second milestone on the popular crowd-funding site: smashing through the £20,000 barrier only four days after it hit £10,000.’

 

Go grab yours if there’s any left! This is a cool project and I’m chuffed to see it doing well. There’s something very encouraging and endearing about Kickstarter and the positive, communal mindset behind it.
